No Returns After Installation and Acceptance

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once the window shades have been installed and accepted by the customer. 

We encourage you to inspect the product thoroughly upon delivery and prior to installation.

Warranty Coverage

We stand behind the quality of our products with a 5-year warranty. If you experience any issues with your window shades within this warranty period, please contact our support team at [email protected].

We will work with you to address the problem and provide a resolution as covered under the warranty terms.

No Refunds for Custom Products

Given the personalized nature of custom window shades, we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed with the manufacturer.
